The Worry-Free Purchase service is a customer protection service provided by  Seel, designed to safeguard against various issues that may arise during the shipping process, reducing the risk of items being lost, delayed, or damaged due to logistics or other reasons.

The destinations eligible for this service coverage are: United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Netherlands.

Coverage Scope & Compensation Details

Protected Shipments: Delayed Packages, Lost Packages, Damaged Packages

1.Delayed Packages (Delay):

  • For international shipping, if a package is not delivered within 30 natural days after being sent, it is considered delayed. The insurance company will compensate the customer $5.

2.Lost Packages (Loss):

  • For international shipping, if your package is not delivered within 60 natural days after being sent, it is considered lost.
  • In the case of a lost package, the insurance company will compensate the customer for the value of the goods (the specific amount will be based on the customer's purchase payment).
  • If the logistics status of the package shows as delivered but the customer claims not to have received it, this will be considered as a porch loss or theft, and will also be treated as a loss.

3.Damaged Packages (Damage):

  • If a customer receives items that are visibly broken, shattered, bent (if the item should not bend), crushed, or in any condition that renders them unusable, the insurance company will compensate the customer for the value of the goods (the specific amount will be based on the customer's purchase payment). This coverage does not include damage due to manufacturing defects, packaging errors, or items that were not properly sealed.

Claims Process

1. Claims Requirements:

When applying for compensation, customers need to adhere to the following requirements:

Delayed Packages (Delay):

  • For international shipping, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the order is shipped, but within 90 days of the purchase of the item.

Lost Packages (Loss):

  • Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the purchase of the item; for porch theft claims, the submission must be made within 7 days after the carrier's order page shows 'Delivered'.

Damaged Packages (Damage):

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days after the carrier's order page shows 'Delivered'.

2. Claims Portal:

Login Email : Customers who have purchased insurance will receive an email from the insurance company. The email will contain a link for filing a claim, specific insurance terms, and other related information. Access the portal at Resolve issues with Seel.

Login VAPESCHILL: At the top of your account, there is an option to apply for compensation, which will redirect you to the Seel Claims Center.

3. Payment Methods:

  • PayPal: Supports multi-currency payments, instant transfer.
  • Venmo: Supports USD, instant transfer.
  • Direct Deposit: Supports USD, US bank account ACH transfer, takes 1-3 business days to process, only available for USD transactions.
  • Tremendous - Virtual Visa Credit Card."

4. Claims Documentation:

Damage to Product: Photos of the exterior packaging, interior packaging, and the damaged area of the product.

Lost Packages (Loss):

  • If the logistics order indicates that the item is lost, a direct claim can be made.
  • When the logistics order indicates that the item has been delivered but the customer has not actually received it (porch theft), the following proofs need to be provided:
    • Police report
    • Relevant surveillance video evidence
    • Proof of loss provided by the logistics company
    • Written documentation from other qualified individuals*

Delayed Shipments: No claim documentation is required; Seel automatically assesses compensation based on the logistics tracking number.
