Legality and Compliance
2.1 You warrant that you will comply with applicable laws, regulations, and provisions when using e-cigarette services. You acknowledge and agree not to use e-cigarette products for illegal purposes or engage in activities that violate relevant laws.
2.2 You agree to comply with all legal obligations and regulations related to the sale, use, advertising, and promotion of e-cigarette products.
Product Information
3.1 We will make every effort to provide accurate and detailed information about e-cigarette products, including but not limited to product descriptions, specifications, ingredients, usage instructions, and safety precautions.
3.2 You understand and agree that the effects and experiences of e-cigarette products may vary due to individual differences. We cannot guarantee the applicability, effectiveness, or fulfillment of personal expectations regarding the products.
User Responsibilities
4.1 You warrant that the personal information provided is true, accurate, and complete, and you agree to promptly update any relevant information. You understand and agree that we have the right to take reasonable measures to verify the accuracy of the information you provide.
4.2 You assume the risks and responsibilities associated with using e-cigarette products, including but not limited to using the products correctly, following relevant safety guidelines, and storing the products safely. 4.3 You agree not to provide e-cigarette products to individuals under the legal age of majority. Selling or providing e-cigarette products to minors is prohibited.
Disclaimer
5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from: Misuse, abuse, or improper use of e-cigarette products. Your failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement. Quality, safety, or compliance issues related to e-cigarette products provided by third-party suppliers. Force majeure events, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Intellectual Property
6.1 All intellectual property rights in the e-cigarette services (including but not limited to trademarks, logos, copyrights, patents, etc.) belong to us or the relevant rights holders.
6.2 Without explicit authorization from us or the relevant rights holders, you shall not use, copy, modify, distribute, display, or exploit any intellectual property content in the e-cigarette services in any manner.
Termination
7.1 We have the right to terminate or suspend the provision of e-cigarette services to you at any time without prior notice, based on our own judgment and legitimate interests.
7.2 You may stop using e-cigarette services at any time, but purchased products will not be refunded.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws.
8.2 Any disputes or controversies related to this Agreement or e-cigarette services shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties.
8.3 If the negotiations fail, either party may bring the dispute before a competent court of jurisdiction.
Miscellaneous
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding e-cigarette services and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements.
9.2 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
9.3 We reserve the right to interpret and modify this Agreement within the limits permitted by law.
