7 Days for Unopened & Unused Items

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original address of the order. For sanitary and safety purposes, items are NON RETURNABLE if opened or used.

According to items' features, disposable vape are not applicable in this guarantee.

Please follow the warranty process and contact our customer service stating:

  • The order number.
  • The reason for return.

Our Customer Service will review your case and offer a return back within 24hours.

Refunds

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, provide photos of the unopened package, order number, and payment receipt.

Failure to include this information will result in the refund not being approved.


Refunds cannot be processed without the above information.

Orders are typically subject to a 48-hour review to determine eligibility for a refund

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Any items marked as discounted are non-refundable

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@vapeschill.com and send your order number

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Disposable vape

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the email to support@vapeschill.com get the shipping Address
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned

Refund for lost item

We offer worry-free purchase insurance services. If you have purchased this insurance, please click on the insurance service in your account to make a claim.We do not issue duplicate refunds.

Order Intercept

If your electronic cigarette order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to intercept the order and prevent it from being shipped. In such cases, we can cancel the order and issue a refund. However, please note that order interception is not guaranteed, and if the order cannot be intercepted, a refund will not be possible.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective electronic cigarette product, please contact our customer support within 24hour of receiving the product. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
