Due to the nature of electronic cigarettes, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for electronic cigarette products that have already been shipped. Once an electronic cigarette product has been shipped from our facility, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for electronic cigarette products that have been shipped. Once the product has left our facility, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Order Intercept

If your electronic cigarette order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to intercept the order and prevent it from being shipped. In such cases, we can cancel the order and issue a refund. However, please note that order interception is not guaranteed, and if the order cannot be intercepted, a refund will not be possible.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective electronic cigarette product, please contact our customer support within 2 days of receiving the product. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
