Returns

To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support team at support@vapeschill.com. You will be provided with a shipping address and will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. We recommend using a trackable delivery service and insuring your shipment to protect against loss or damage during transit.

Upon receipt of the returned item, it will be inspected and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus the original shipping costs and adult signature fee.
For sanitary and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable if opened or used:

Disposable Vapes
Replacement Pods & Coils (if temper foil is broken)
Replacement Coils (if temper seal is broken)
Spare Parts (Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)
Hemp Products
